Dan Dominguez

A passionate advocate for genuine connections and the power of WHY. He believes that we are all just one connection away from achieving our dreams. As the founder of WHY Not Leadership and the Lead Different podcast, Dan has dedicated his career to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.
Dan has over 30 years of leadership experience, stemming from being an Army Airborne Ranger and Logistics Officer to extensive corporate leadership. Previously, as a national sales director for a global healthcare company, Dan successfully managed half-billion dollar sales quotas, demonstrating his expertise in strategic leadership and impactful sales management. As the Chief Growth Officer at WHY Institute, Dan guided the international growth of the WHY Discovery as the first step in self-awareness for coaches, consultants, and forward-thinking companies.
Dan’s approach to success is grounded in making a positive impact in the lives of others. By challenging the status quo, thinking outside the box, and bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table, he consistently delivers innovative solutions that make sense and help others move forward faster. Dan believes in doing things

Nikki plays a critical role in ensuring the messaging and voice of WHY NOT Leadership remain aligned with its core values. Pushing back on anything that might confuse or disengage the Leaders we aim to serve, she focuses on ensuring that messaging is consistent, and purposeful, always reflecting the values of self-awareness, growth, and people-first leadership. She is the guardian of the voice that drives our impact.
